PURPOSE

To set the scope of authority for Contracted Programs and Degrees Çï¿ûÊÓƵ Procedure that is outside SBCTC system requirements.

REFERENCES

  • Community and technical college costs and special fees for contracted educational services.

POLICY

Çï¿ûÊÓƵ may, with the approval of the president, contract with outside agencies to provide programs, degrees and certificates. Under such special circumstances, admissions or graduation requirements may be waived.
